Movement and Meditation:

Join us and fellow providers for an afternoon of self-care and relaxation. Come mingle and feel good with an introduction to somatic and nervous system care. Mags of the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center will be facilitating a one hours class that includes gentle movement practices and a guided meditation.

There will be time before and after the class to catch up with friends and meet new folks in your healthcare community. As a general note, any movement in the class can be done in street clothes and is modifiable for all levels.

Registration:

You can register if you plan on attending or even just show up. If you choose to donate at this time any donations collected will go towards future space rental and paying the speakers for their time
